IPTV Setup Guide for Compatible Smart TVs

How to prepare a smart TV for an IPTV player app: checking the system, storage and network, then installing and signing in with help from support.

Many smart televisions can run a player app, but support varies by brand, model year and system. This guide covers the preparation that applies to most sets. We send you the exact app and sign-in details by WhatsApp, so you only follow the steps that match your television.

Know your TV system

Common systems include Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, and Google TV or Android TV on several brands. Open Settings, then About or Support, and note the model number and software version. Send these to us before you buy so we can confirm fit. The compatibility checklist shows where to look.

Connect the TV to your network

Use an Ethernet cable if the television has a port. Otherwise, use the strongest Wi-Fi band available and keep the router in the same room if you can. Test another app first to confirm the picture is stable.

Free up storage

Open the app list and remove anything you do not use. Televisions with little free space can fail to install new apps.

Install the player app

Open the television's own app store and search for the player app that support recommends for your model. Install it and open it. If a different installation method is needed for your set, support will tell you before you start.

Sign in with your details

After you subscribe, we send the details you need on WhatsApp. Enter them carefully, paying attention to capital letters and spaces. If the app asks for permissions, accept those needed for playback.

If it does not work

Follow our troubleshooting steps, then message us with the model number and what you see on screen.
