Free Trial Before You Buy

We encourage every new customer to request a free trial on WhatsApp before subscribing, so you can test channel quality and stability on your own device and connection first.

Refund Eligibility

Because IPTV credentials are activated instantly and are non-reusable once issued, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and login details have been delivered. If you experience a genuine technical issue that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, we will review your case individually.

Reseller Panel Credits

Reseller panel credits are non-refundable once delivered, as they represent wholesale access already allocated to your account.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot. We will investigate and correct any genuine billing error.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
